All products displayed on this website — including HDPE, PPR, CPVC, PVC, PP, PERT, PEX pipes and fittings, stainless steel pipes, ductile iron pipes, industrial pumps and valves — are subject to availability. Product images, specifications and parameters are indicative and may vary from the actual goods. Binding specifications are those confirmed in our written quotation or sales contract.
Quotations are valid for the period stated therein (typically 30 days) and are subject to change due to raw material prices, exchange rates and freight costs.
Submitting an inquiry through this website does not constitute a binding order. A purchase contract is formed only upon our written order confirmation signed by both parties. Minimum order quantities (MOQ), lead times, Incoterms, payment terms and packaging are agreed per order.
All prices are quoted in the currency agreed in the quotation (usually USD) unless otherwise stated. Payment terms (e.g. T/T, L/C at sight) are specified in the sales contract. Bank charges are borne by the payer unless agreed otherwise.
Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, war, epidemics, government actions, port congestion, raw material shortages or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Products are manufactured in accordance with the standards agreed in the contract (e.g. ISO, EN, ASTM, GB standards as applicable). Visible defects or quantity shortages must be reported in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods. Our liability is limited to replacement of defective goods or refund of the purchase price of the affected goods at our option.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, or loss of data arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct or death/personal injury caused by negligence.
All content on this website — text, images, logos, design and layout — is the property of Junfenn or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reproduction beyond personal, non-commercial use requires our prior written consent.
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be submitted to the Hangzhou Arbitration Commission unless a sales contract specifies otherwise.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
